Airport Transfer on AESU Packages |
| Check
your specific tour information to see if transfers are offered.
Meet other tour participants during the flight as AESU
groups you together depending on your departure city and time
of booking. You'll make new friends before you even touchdown
overseas. All participants using AESU
flights on their regular tour group departure are met at the
airport upon arrival overseas by our staff and escorted to their
hotel. That same door-to-door service brings you back to the
airport when your group's tour ends.* (*London Gatwick
: participants utilizing Gatwick airport will
receive tickets for the Gatwick Express Train located in the
airport which brings you directly to Victoria Station in downtown
London. From there you can take a short taxi ride, at your expense,
to your hotel.) Inter-airport transfers (i.e. between London
Gatwick-Heathrow) are at passenger's expense. Naturally, anytime
you fly on different days from your AESU
group or to different cities you won't receive the airport-city
overseas transfer. |

| How you
get overseas is just as important as what you do once you are
there. When flying, you should be assured of the highest standards
of comfort, safety and efficiency. The leading, experienced
regularly scheduled airlines give you this security. Fly with
names you know and trust such as British Airways and United
Airlines on Jumbo Jets. No charters used - with charters you
could experience long delays or even flight cancellations which
leave you stranded. |

| Flight
Regulations |
| AESU
airfares are based on round-trip, non-refundable fares. All
fares and restrictions are subject to regulations of the airlines
used. AESU cannot make seating assignments
or guarantee accrual of frequent flyer miles on discount tickets
- call airline directly prior to departure for details. No routing
changes or name changes allowed. |

| Special
Flight Request |
| You may
extend your stay overseas (or arrive earlier) if exact details
are given on your Booking Form. If you select the same arrival
& departure cities as listed in your itinerary, there will
usually be no additional airfare charge unless a possible weekend
surcharge applies. (If you choose to enter or return from other
cities than those designated in your program, your flight cost
may be altered.) You must give exact dates and details or request
cannot be honored. No open return tickets can be issued by AESU.
Your chosen date(s) may vary slightly depending on airline availability.
You must contact the airlines directly for any special service
requests such as seat assignments and special meals. |

| BAGGAGE
ALLOWANCE |
| Please
limit your suitcase size to no larger than 29" x 20"
x 10" and your carry-on to no larger than 8" x 16"
x 21". Keep
in mind that throughout the duration of the tour, you are responsible
for your own luggage, so do not pack more than you can carry.
Laundry facilities are available in major cities. |
