AESU Hotels

You'll stay in select tourist class hotels, ALL with private bath/shower and double occupancy. AESU hotels have been especially selected for their European atmosphere, friendly hospitality, cleanliness and location. Usual accommodations are two sharing a room, however, if you're traveling alone, AESU will arrange for you to share a double or trip at NO EXTRA COST. (Single supplement only applies to independent hotel and FIT tours like Alpine Ski.)

Some tour companies offer budget programs that stay in remote cabin campsites utilizing sleeping bags or occasional hotels with 4 or more sharing a room with no bath. AESU does NOT believe that this is the best way to spend a night in Europe. Some AESU hotels are more centrally located and others in residential areas. Especially in large cities we sometimes prefer good hotels in residential areas to less desirable downtown properties.

You'll be furnished a complete hotel address list with your final documents. Some AESU select hotels are: London-Pembridge Palace; Paris-Relais de Paris Opera; Munich-Arcade; Rome-Siracusa; Athens-Plaka; Vienna-Aramis; Sorrento-Panorama Palace; Florence-Mediterrano; Capri-Casa Caprile. Properties subject to change and any substitutions would be the equivalent of those listed.

Pre and Post Tour Extra Hotel Nights

Perhaps you're arriving in Europe before your tour starts or thinking about staying longer after your tour's completed. AESU will be happy to make these arrangements for you. Our decades of experience have allowed us to find select tourist class hotels and our volume means we obtain special rates and pass the savings on to you. Just list the city, dates, and number of nights on your Booking Form.

	Rates are per person/per night and include room with private bath, continental breakfast, service charges and taxes.
	No hotel reservations or changes can be accepted within 30 days of departure.
	Any changes/cancellations of reservations will incur fees.
	You will be advised of exact hotel and address approx. 21 days prior to departure.
	Reservations will not necessarily be at hotel where tour group stays.
