tour or departure city you requested is not available, AESU
will book next available fare.
DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $300.00 U.S. per person is due when submitting
BOOKING FORM. (Deposit forms part of total tour payment.)
FINAL
PAYMENT: Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to
departure date. (90 days or less prior to departure space is
available on a limited basis and full payment is due immediately
upon receipt of statement.) All checks and money orders must
be made payable to AESU TRUST ACCOUNT in US dollars. AESU accepts
payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American
Expresss). Fares quoted are cash discounted prices. Payments
by credit card must ADD 4% to the total price.) For bookings inside 90 days a $50 late booking fee applies.
OPTION
1: AESU will place your reservation on a 10 day hold
(if not within 30 days of departure) until deposit received
or full payment, if within 90 days of departure. Reservation
will be automatically canceled if appropriate payment not made.
OPTION
2: If placing DEPOSIT on CREDIT CARD, use AESU's secure
online payment link. For FULL payment on CREDIT CARD- AESU requires
CARD HOLDER SIGNATURE. Please print out this form and fax or
mail to AESU, select "Print" from the File Menu.

Those passengers also booking AIRFARE with AESU land arrangements
should contact AESU prior to booking flights due to availability
and special group rates.
