Poas Volcano & Las Paz Waterfall Gardens |

| Enjoy
a relaxing drive through the beautiful coffee plantations
and mountains of the Alajuela Province to the POAS VOLCANO.
One of the most spectacular volcanoes in Costa Rica, it is
also one of the biggest geysers in the world. Enjoy more scenery
en route to the most beautiful waterfall in Costa Rica, LA
PAZ WATERFALL. Then take a guided tour of the park’s
butterfly garden, the largest butterfly observatory in the
world! Take time to observe the amazing hummingbird garden,
before enjoying a delicious buffet lunch. Overnight at Western
Irazu Hotel. |

San Jose - Arenal |

| Today
travel to Arenal, another spectacular volcano! We will stay
at the Hotel Arenal Paraiso. The hotel offers the best view
of majestic volcano, which erupts rocks, fire and lava over
it’s upper slopes. |

Arenal - Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge |

| Today
tour Caño Negro Wildlife refuge, located in Los Chiles.
This tropical forest refuge attracts scientists, students, birdwatchers,
and nature lovers. Overnight at Hotel Arenal Paraiso. |

Arenal - Tamarindo Beach on the Pacific Ocean |

| Today
we depart via shuttle bus to Tamarindo Beach. We check in at
Tamarindo Diria Beach & Golf Resort for a three-night beach
stay. |

| Enjoy
a day at leisure on the beach. Consider taking an optional canopy
tour. Drive to a beautiful tree-filled canyon to experience
the exhilaration of a canopy tour over the tree-top jungle.
See jungle snakes and a butterfly farm before visiting Guanacaste
Beach and having lunch at the famous Flamingo Marina. Overnight
Tamarindo Diria Beach & Golf Resort. |

| Spend
this leisure day on the beach or join an optional Carobici River
Float tour. This trip is an all-day adventure floating down
the beautiful Corobici River leading into the Tempisque River
Basin. We leave early in the morning and travel through the
Guanacaste countryside to the town of Canas. Board a raft down
the gentle Corobici River and float for two hours, seeing a
variety of exotic birds and tropical wildlife. After lunch we
stop to see wild cats on a private reserve. On the way back
we pass through the “White City” of Liberia and
view the unique adobe construction of the capital city of Guanacaste.
