California Wine Country Tour

Join AESU on our brand new California Wine Country tour to experience the beauty of the Napa and Sonoma Valleys for yourself!

At AESU, we understand that not everybody is comfortable with planning international travel next year. This creates an opportunity to explore domestic locations that may have either gone under your radar or were placed on your list of eventual destinations. AESU is proud to introduce 4 new North American tours designed for the cautious, but still curious, traveler. The first new tour that we’d like to highlight is our California Wine Country tour. This 4 day, 3 night trip is perfect for wine lovers, or anyone simply interested in visiting this beautiful region of California.

Day 1: Arrival in San Francisco

San Francisco is our point of origin owing to its close proximity to the Napa Valley and the Sonoma Valley. The city itself is a wonder to behold and you will be able to undertake a guided tour of the city with us, seeing world-famous sites such as Fisherman’s Wharf, the Golden Gate Bridge, Lombard Street, Coit Tower on Telegraph Hill, and much more! Or, if you prefer, explore the city at your own pace or relax in the hotel!

Day 2: Travel to the Napa Valley

Napa Valley is renowned throughout the world for its wine production and is home to over 300 individual wineries. AESU has partnered with some of the area’s best cellars and wineries to provide a full experience of everything the Napa Valley has to offer. You’ll be tasting rare vintages, learning about the wine-making process, exploring historic estates, and much much more. Of course, no trip to the Napa Valley would be complete without a meat and cheese picnic lunch overlooking the vineyards!

Day 3: Travel to the Sonoma Valley

The Sonoma Valley is home to some of the most famous wine growing regions in the world, including the Alexander Valley, the Russian River Valley, and more. You’ll learn more about the gravity flow winemaking process at a winery in the northern part of the Dry Creek Valley in the morning, then finish the day’s tour at the Francis Ford Coppola winery resort, where you’ll be able to experience the filmmaker’s passion for wine first-hand. The day concludes with some free time at the hotel in the Napa Valley.

Day 4: Travel Home

Board your flight home the next morning after breakfast and reminisce about the great memories you made in the California Wine Country!
